Cancellations

Courses and sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Sessions

Any session cancelled by Dr. Turner’s, and which you do not wish to reschedule, will be refunded in full.

If you cancel a session with less than 12 hours notice or do not show up, a refund will not be provided.

If you notify us of an emergency situation that resulted in a cancellation or no-show, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment for another time at no extra cost.

Courses

In the rare event that Dr. Turner’s must cancel a course, you will be refunded a pro-rated amount for cancelled days. So, for instance, if a 10 day course costs $225, you will be refunded $22.50 for each day that is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.

If you cancel a session with less than 12 hours notice or do not show up, a refund will not be provided.

If you notify us of an emergency situation that resulted in a cancellation or dropping out of the class part way through, we will refund the class in part. If you were unable to make any part of the class, the cost of any materials that were shipped to you in advance of the class (books, tarot decks, or other items) will be deducted from your refund, as well as a $50 deposit. If you were able to attend at least 3 of the class days, we will refund any missed days at the rate of $20 per day. This policy does not apply to classes missed due to simple absences.

Other Refunds

Refunds are not available for courses or sessions that you attend.
