With over five years of experience working directly with college students at Harvard, Indiana University, and MIT, Dr. Turner has a well-earned a reputation as a fun, easy-going instructor and excellent communicator who works well with a wide range of students. While particularly sought after as an instructor in reading, writing, history of science, and political philosophy, Dr. Turner has also tutored students in special interests like wild foraging, homebrewing, pendulum dowsing, and tarot reading. Known for an ability to help students improve practical skills no matter what level they arrive at, Dr. Turner meets students where they are to help them get where they want.
At present, online tutoring is available to high school, college, and adult and professional students with an emphasis on practical skill development. Schedules here can be tight, so we encourage you to reach out well in advance of any deadlines you have and not the night before the big paper is due.
